Who we are

EnovaWorx is the controller of the information described on this page. To ask us anything about your data, or to ask us to delete it, email us at hello@enovaworx.com.

What we collect

Two things: the contact form, and the assistant in the corner of the screen. When you submit the form we store exactly what you entered —

• your first and last name
• your email address
• your company name, if you chose to give one
• the message you wrote
• a record that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time you submitted

The assistant is the other one. Your messages are sent to Google's Gemini API so it can reply — Google processes them on our behalf and, under its API terms, does not use them to train its models. We don't store the conversation unless you ask us to pass your details to the team; if you do, the assistant tells you so at the time, and we keep your name, contact details and the conversation so we can reply properly. Closing the window without giving your details leaves nothing behind.

We don't collect anything else. There is no analytics on this site, no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no tracking of how you move around it. We don't build a profile of you, and we don't know you visited unless you write to us.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

To read your enquiry and reply to it. That's the only purpose. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form — and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Where it's stored

In Google Cloud Firestore, in Google's us-central1 region in the United States. Google acts as our processor: they host the data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes. If you are in the UK or the EU, this means your details are transferred outside your region, which Google covers under its standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then we delete them. If you'd like yours removed sooner, email us and we'll do it.

Who else sees it

Our own team, and Google as the host described above. That's it. We don't sell your details, we don't share them with advertisers or data brokers, and we don't add you to a mailing list.

One thing worth naming because it isn't obvious: this site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google and Google sees your IP address. That happens on most of the web, but it is a third party seeing something about you, so we'd rather say it than not.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use cookies, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The one thing we store in your browser is which modules you've switched on in the Digital Workspace builder, so your selection survives a page reload. It stays on your device, it isn't personal information, and it never reaches us.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@enovaworx.com and we'll deal with it.

Changes

If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and we hold your details, we'll tell you directly.
