Digital Products

Build products people actually use.

Portals, platforms, dashboards, internal tools — the products that carry real operational weight. We build them to be maintained: tested, documented, integrated with the systems you already run, and shaped so your own team can take them over.

Discuss this service
Is this you?

Signs you need this.

A critical process runs on a spreadsheet that only one person understands.

Your customers ask for self-service and today the answer is a phone call.

You have the data but no interface that makes it usable.

An existing product works but can't take the next order of magnitude.

You need to integrate systems that were never designed to talk to each other.

What you get

The deliverables.

Product definition

Scope, user roles, permissions and the boundary of the first release — written down and agreed.

Technical architecture

Data model, integration points, hosting and security posture, with the trade-offs recorded.

Working software

Shipped in increments you can use and react to, not revealed at the end.

Integrations

Connections to the systems that already hold your data — CRM, ERP, EHR, LIMS, payments, identity.

Test and quality suite

Automated coverage, accessibility checks and performance budgets running in your pipeline.

Handover package

Documentation, runbooks and walkthroughs so your team can operate and extend it without us.

How we work

The approach.

01

Define the slice

We agree the smallest version that delivers real value, and what is explicitly out of scope.

02

Prove the risky parts

Integrations, performance assumptions and unusual data shapes get tested first, while changing course is still cheap.

03

Build in increments

Two-week cycles with working software at the end of each. You see progress in the product, not in a status report.

04

Harden and hand over

Performance, security, accessibility and documentation before launch — not as a follow-up phase.

Logistics

How we engage.

Team Shape

Product lead, tech lead, 2–5 engineers, product designer, QA

Starts With

Common Questions

What clients ask.

Whose stack do you build on?
Normally yours. Where you have no constraint we default to TypeScript, React and a managed cloud platform, and we'll explain any recommendation in terms of what it costs you to maintain.
Can our engineers work alongside your team?
Yes, and we prefer it. Blended teams make handover a non-event rather than a milestone.
What happens after launch?
Either a defined support period, an ongoing Evolve retainer, or a clean handover. We'll agree which before we start building.
